Some Say The Pandemic Is Bringing Out More Selflessness

When we first acknowledged the pandemic had hit home, many of us made sure to check on neighbours and friends and keep in touch.  Many started to and still do neighbours or family member’s grocery shopping.  Some have said the pandemic has brought the good in people.

A new survey by Eyes of Hope reveals that 64% of people say the pandemic has made them more selfless than ever. Other findings:

– 41% of people have helped a stranger across the street during the pandemic

– 33% of people shoveled out a neighbor’s car last Winter

– 31% of people have walked their neighbor’s dog during the pandemic
