Amy Winehouse Sad Milestone Marked Today

Today marks 10 years since the death of singer Amy Winehouse.

The troubled British star died of alcohol poisoning at the age of 27 on July 23rd, 2011.

Though she had a relatively brief career, Winehouse influenced a whole generation of female singers, including Adele, Billie Eilish, Lady Gaga and Lana Del Rey.

Her second and final studio album ‘Back to Black’ won multiple Grammys in 2008, including best pop vocal album, record of the year, best new artist and song of the year for her hit ‘Rehab’.
