You can often hear adults speak about what they wish they had been taught in school. But have you ever heard someone ask children what they wish was taught in the schools they attend?
Some research was commissioned by Kingsmill to celebrate its new partnership with Save the Children, championing the charity’s UK Early Learning Communities program and the importance of giving children the best possible start in life. This study of 1,000 children aged 6 to 11 in the U.K. asked the kids what they wish they could be taught in the classroom.
Four in five children say they enjoy learning new skills and trying new things. Three quarters agreed that the more they learnt, the better their imagination was.
