(ECI) announces the launch of an all-new weekday morning show, “Scott and Ana in the Morning” premiering Monday, April 14th on Lite 92.1 – Southern Ontario’s Favourites. A perfect blend of fun talk, local information, and great music, the show will air weekdays from 5:30 AM to 9:00 AM, bringing a fresh and engaging start to the day for listeners across Brantford and beyond.
Scott Fox is a seasoned radio veteran with a remarkable 27-year career, best known for his 19 years as host of the top-rated morning show on Toronto CMA’s Z103.5. His engaging storytelling, quick wit, and deep community involvement have earned him a loyal following. In his most recent on-air role, Scott expanded his reach by hosting a simulcast morning show on 91.5 The Beat in Kitchener, which aired across multiple markets, including Energy 95.3 and Fresh 93.1. A long-time advocate for community service, he has hosted nearly 200 charity events, raising over $7 million. His accolades include 22 Toronto Sun Readers’ Choice Awards, five Top Choice Awards, and the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal. He also hosts The Scott Fox After 9 Podcast, attracting over 700,000 listeners annually.
Ana Almeida, originally from São Miguel, Portugal, and raised in Cambridge, Ontario, brings a dynamic mix of radio and television experience. She began her radio career in 2009 at 91.5 The Beat in Kitchener before moving to Halifax, where she co-hosted mornings on 101.3 The BOUNCE. Ana later transitioned to television, becoming a familiar face on CTV as the host and producer of The A-List and co-host of CTV Morning Live. An advocate for mental health and active supporter of charities such as Special Olympics and Movember, Ana returned home to Ontario in 2024, ready to reconnect with her radio roots.
