Retired K9 Dog Reaction To Word ‘Cocaine’ Goes Viral

When it comes to working dogs there is always one simple truth; they take their jobs seriously.

Recently, a retired Australian K-9 unit dog named Dante proved that his detective skills are still on point after hilariously perking up upon hearing the word “cocaine.”

His new owner thought it would be fun to test his friend in a TikTok video by speaking aloud about getting groceries; starting off with innocent items.

“All right, shopping list: Bread, milk, pasta, eggs, mayo, cocaine.” At the mention of the illicit substance, you can watch Dante’s attitude change from relaxed and disinterested to incredibly focused in an instant. This reaction has caught the attention of the internet, with the original video having over 2.6 million views. Various ripped versions of the doggone clip have amassed up to 30 million more views, Newsweek reported.

The man quickly says that he is just kidding as the video comes to an end, but it’s probably not a good idea to push that button too many times.
