The Leafs and Sabres to battle it out at Heritage Classic outdoor game in Hamilton

The NHL has announced The Toronto Maple Leafs and Buffalo Sabres will be the teams at the 2022 version of the outdoor Heritage Classic at Tim Hortons Field in Hamilton. They’ll play the celebrated outdoor event on March 13th. The outdoor showcase at the home of the CFL’s Tiger-Cats returns to the league’s regular-season schedule after games in 2019 in Regina, 2016 in Winnipeg, 2014 in Vancouver, 2011 in Calgary, and 2003 in Edmonton. The game will be broadcast. The Maple Leafs most recently played outdoors at the 2018 Stadium Series against the Washington Capitals in Annapolis, Maryland. They beat the Capitals 5-2……Ed
