Well, Ottawa's suspension of fuel taxes kicks in today. Canadians are expected to save about 10 cents a litre on regular gas and 4 cents on diesel. The fuel excise tax will be suspended until Labor Day, while the conservatives argue this isn't enough to meet rising energy costs.
