According to the expositor, Ron Eddy spent his life serving the community, including 19 years at the helm. Looks like your vacation's going to be more expensive. Experts say soaring fuel prices tied to the American-Israeli war in Iran are forcing airlines to pass on those costs to customers. WestJet will introduce a temporary $60 surcharge for certain bookings and say they've consolidated numerous flights to deal with the skyrocketing fuel costs. as the war wages on, the U.S. government is giving Iran till tonight to open the Strait of Hormuz, or they'll begin escalating strikes on power plants and bridges.
