Welcome to the Easter long weekend. Tomorrow is Good Friday, a stat holiday, so once opened and closed. Now tomorrow and Sunday, most malls will be closed, including Lime Ridge and Hamilton, Linden Park Mall. Mall in Branford, Yorkdale, Square One, Vaughan Mills, Sureway Gardens. Most grocery stores also closed both Good Friday and Easter Sunday, along with the LCBO and beer stores. Government offices and banks will be closed Good Friday and Easter Monday. As we've seen gas prices jump over the past month, almost 50 cents, the Conservative Party of Canada's asking Ottawa to drop the federal tax on gas and diesel for the rest of the year. Tory say their plan would save Canadians 25 cents a litre.
