As of yesterday afternoon, notifications from the flood forecasting and warning program covered most regions between Toronto and Greater Sudbury, as well as through Sault Ste. Marie to Ottawa. Rainy conditions also led to flood warnings in Quebec, Manitoba, and New Brunswick. When you speak before knowing, that's how trust usually gets eroded over time.
