LITE 92 will be live on location at McDonald's in Brantford (299 Wayne Gretzky Pkwy, Brantford, ON N3R 8A5) for the occasion from 10:00am - 2:00pm!
On McHappy Day, your order is more than a meal, it’s a chance to give back! McDonald's Canada and its local, independent franchisees will be donating a portion of the proceeds from all food and beverage menu items on May 6th towards Ronald McDonald House® and other local children’s charities.
The funds raised on McHappy Day provide critical support for tens of thousands of families staying at Ronald McDonald House across Canada each year, including right here in your community, by providing access to accommodations, meals, mental health and wellness programming, so they can stay together and focused on their child’s care.
By showing your support on McHappy Day, you’re actively helping families right here in your community, 1 in 4 Canadian families has either stayed at Ronald McDonald House or know someone who has.
By participating in McHappy Day you’ll be supporting families who travel an average of 280 km (oneway) to seek essential medical care for their child, your contribution can help bring them comfort and relief when they need it most.
Over the past 32 McHappy Day events, an incredible $111.3M+ has been raised through McHappy Day helping to support more than half a million families since Ronald McDonald House opened its doors in Toronto, ON, 45 years ago
With 16 Ronald McDonald House® programs giving families a place to stay together and 21 Ronald McDonald House Family Room® programs across Canada offering a space to rest steps away from a child’s hospital room, Ronald McDonald House provides families with essential support and resources so they can focus on taking care of their sick child

- Every purchase all day on Wednesday, May 6, supports families staying at Ronald McDonald House across Canada, and other local children’s charities
- You can pick up your favourite food and beverage items in-restaurant, at the Drive-Thru, through the McDonald’s app or ordering McDelivery® via the McDonald’s app, DoorDash, Skip and UberEats
- Guests who order on the McDonald’s App can also make a donation to Ronald McDonald House every day, including on McHappy Day®
Round Up your order
- You can choose to Round Up your order to the nearest dollar and donate the
difference to support families with sick and injured children staying with Ronald
McDonald House across Canada on McHappy Day. 100% of funds raised
through Round Up support Ronald McDonald House and the overall wellbeing
of families with sick and injured children from more than 2,900 communities in
Canada
McHappy Day Socks/Hearts
- Starting on April 7, you can rock this year’s McHappy Day socks in four different designs featuring McDonaldland® characters for $6+tax, you can pick up your pair in-restaurant, at the Drive-Thru, through McDelivery or via the McDonald’s app
- You can show your love and support for families with sick and injured children by purchasing a McHappy Day® Heart either in-restaurant, at the Drive-Thru or through the McDonald’s app by donating either $2, $5, or $10
