We are all unique, and yet, we are all the same.

Human STRONG is a weekly conversation that tackles the everyday situations and circumstances that challenge us, teach us, or help us move towards the next step in our lives as individuals, parents, and partners.

Relationship issues, parenting challenges, and personal worries & concerns such as coping with stress, anxiety, and navigating mental wellness difficulties, will all be covered in this new feature presented by Bayridge Counselling Centres.

We are all human, and together we can all be Human STRONG.

We journey on a path of self awareness towards a goal of creating healthier behaviours when we are angry. I am also experienced to help individuals of all ages overcome issues such as anxiety, depression, anger, work and stress management. I am also the mother of four children. ABOUT STEVE WILDING:

From the moment we’re born, we start writing the story of our lives. As we grow, we encounter situations and changes that shape our lives into our own individual journey.
