• The team will only collect items placed at the curb (we will not go inside anyone's homes) 
  • The team has the right to refuse items that are dirty, broken, old, or too heavy
  • We will ask for items that are easy to carry and not too big (no mattresses or big tables or anything like that)
  • The street team will have gloves to lift the items with 
  • We will notify the listener if we're picking up the requested donation items and provide a date and time window
    • Not everyone who signs up will get their donations picked up
  • We will request a picture or description of the items that listeners wish to donate
  • The geographical location that this campaign applies to, and any geographical restrictions (limited to residential addresses within the City of Brantford, no commercial addresses, no apartment buildings, etc.) 
  • We are not liable for any damage to property during the course of picking up the items 
  • By signing up for this promotion, listeners give us consent to go on their property (but not enter their home) in order to pick up the items on the curb 
  • By signing up for this promotion, listeners give us consent to take possession of their items 
  • This is an obvious one, but we will not accept any hazardous waste, illegal items, or items that are not safe to transport
  • By signing up for this promotion, listeners confirm that their items are safe to transport 
  • By signing up for this promotion, and by leaving their items on their curb, listeners agree that they are giving away their items for good and there is no possibility for them to get the items back 
  • Listeners must comply with municipal by-laws regarding leaving items on the curb of a road (types of items that can be left out, the limit on how many items can be left out, the time at which they can be left out, etc.) and we are not liable if they violate any municipal by-laws
