Another weather alert has been issued. Large portion of the GTHA affected in pockets. Environment Canada issued a snowfall warning for Brant County with up to 10 centimeters. Waterloo region could get pummeled with up to 20 centimeters. Now it is a yellow warning. Environment Canada blames an Alberta clipper bringing snow through to this afternoon with windy conditions causing reduced visibility. Travel is expected to be challenging. Canadian Food Inspection Agency issued a recall for ground beef sold at TNT supermarkets for the potential of plastic pieces. CFIA said the recall is for TNT supermarket branded products with a best before date of December 17th. The Prime Minister is wrapping up his nine-day trip around the world, where he's been working to drum up investment from China and Qatar. He's currently in Switzerland for the World Economic Forum, meeting with investors and other national leaders before heading home to Ottawa tonight. Carney unveiled his foreign policy yesterday, telling the summit, the old world order is dead and urging middle powers to band together as larger ones try to pressure them through economic coercion. and a U.S. fighter jet appears to be moving in the Mideast. Iran has issued its most direct threat against the U.S., warning it would fire back with everything it had if the country came under attack.
